Tango is a passionate couple's dance from Argentina and Uruguay that originated at the end of the 19th century. It is characterized by tight, precise movements and an intense connection between the partners. Typical elements are the distinctive "cortes" and "ochos". Tango is an expression of emotions ranging from longing to passion and is danced all over the world today.
